What's the fastest way to reach someone?

Call us at (510) 470-7899 during business hours. A real person answers.

What if I call and no one answers?

We might be under an outboard or on the test stand. Leave a voicemail. We return calls within 2-4 hours (same day if you call before 4pm PT).

Do you answer emails on weekends?

Sometimes, but not guaranteed. We're open Saturday 9am-2pm, so calls are better on weekends. Emails sent after Friday 5pm will be answered Monday.

Do you have a waiting area?

Yes. It's a shop, not a dealership waiting room. But there's a chair, coffee, and outboards to look at.

Do you serve customers outside California?

Yes. We ship outboards nationwide. Call or email us from anywhere in the US.
